Courier Tracking Headaches

We recently worked on a solution for a medium sized Transport company (Family owned)

Problem: They had multiple sources of delivery data, as they used their own trucks plus occasional contractors. At the end of each day, the Admin persons would need to copy the signature and delivery confirmations from a spreadsheet and then email them to each customer for tracking purposes. Since volumes increased with COVID, this manual process was a real headache and they needed a solution!

Solution: We built a system (Robot) that would read the data from the spreadsheet and automatically create the emails and send them directly to the customer.

Result: Saved 4 hours per day. Admin now spends time working with HR and improving the business. They are also looking at building an Automated phone system which we are quoting..
