Connect your POS system & Woocommerce?

We recently worked on a solution for an online Homeware retailer.

Problem: As an omni-channel retailer, they received orders online and in-store. However, Woocommerce was not connected to the POS system and vice versa. Since the two systems are not connected, clients would order online, expecting items to be in stock, but in reality the POS system showed no stock. Which created a huge burden on the retailer. Having to explain and disappoint a client, while then refunding and canceling orders. It was a real pain we needed to fix.

Solution: We fully researched both systems and created a plan. From there we built, tested and connect our software robot to handle the sync both ways.

Result: Stock count in Woocommerce is now exactly the same as the POS system. Happy clients galore!
