Business Fightback COVID-19

We recently worked on a solution for a Health Care provider

Problem: They were relying on phone calls and online forms to collect COVID-related information. Unfortunately none of these methods were connected to their website or booking system which meant documents went missing or patients double booked appointments that didn’t exist.

Solution: The solution consisted of connecting all the apps together and automatically generating documents with COVID related border declarations.  Once the person arrived for their appointment they simply announced their mobile number at reception.

Result: Appointment double ups and angry clients disappeared.  They were able to handle 33% more clients with the same staff count.

Savings per year: $121,000 based on $30 per hour Hourly Rate.
